Description
Coloring for Eyebrows and Eyelashes Refectocil Nº 2.1 Intense Blue.
Use in combination with RefectoCil 10V oxidizer
Application method:
- Mix 2 cm of coloring in a special container with 20 drops of RefectoCil 10V oxidant
- Spread the mixture on the lashes or eyebrows until fully coated, 10 to 15 minutes pose time (depending on the desired intensity)
- After the desired time, remove the excess with cotton
Pack with 15ml.
