EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?
After the delivery of the order you have a maximum of 14 days to make the claim and to receive the order at our facilities. After these dates, complaints will not be answered. We will only be responsible for mistakes made by us or by the carriers, we will not make the return of the postage and / or postage of the return if the error was the customer. I HAVE ALREADY MADE THE PAYMENT BUT I CANCELED THE ORDER, HOW DO I GET THE MONEY RETURN?
The method of return of payment will be the same as the method of payment made by the customer: bank transfer or Paypal.
The shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer, unless the error is ours or the carrier’s.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER BEFORE BEING SENT?
All cancellations must be made within a maximum period of 24 hours by contacting the telephone numbers 21 411 62 34 or 21 411 27 12 or by emailing comercial@jorgegoncalves.pt .
If the order has already been shipped, the transport costs are charged to the customer.
HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send your communication about your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

SITE PRICES DIFFER FROM STORE PRICES, WHY?
The price of the website is a price with a discount specially formulated for online customers. It has several disadvantages vis-à-vis the customers of our stores, namely, not being able to see the products, testing them directly (some types of articles) and has the value of transportation. The only advantage is having the discount. Customers who want to benefit from the website prices, will have to place the order directly on the website. WHAT IS NECESSARY TO MAKE ORDERS?
You must first register on our website and thus have access to the Store where you can view all available articles. The second step will be to add the products you want to purchase to the shopping cart. Once you have all the products you want to purchase you must confirm the entire order. To finalize the order you only have to choose the payment method and the shipping method.
EXPORT PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT
Yes, we export to the European Union and the rest of the world.
Our online store allows direct B2B export.
- EU – Can be done directly in our online shop. The 23% Portuguese tax amount will be removed from your cart when making the payment and only an address and a valid NIF or VIES (European Taxpayer number) are required.
- REST OF THE WORLD – For the rest of the world, orders must be exported through a freight forwarder in order to register the shipment. It will always be sent through the logistics partner to have all shipping and arrival certificates.
I HAVE PAID, WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We try to be as quick as possible when shipping orders, but sometimes products are out of stock and may take a little longer. If they are in stock, orders are shipped the day after payment and arrive the next day. Shipments are made through GLS to mainland Portugal and by CTT or carriers to the Islands. Orders abroad will also be sent by GLS and take 3 to 5 business days.
Shipments through GLS receive an email confirming the order and an SMS with delivery times, so you should always provide a mobile phone contact.
DO YOU SHIP TO FOREIGNERS?
Yes, our website allows shipments to all EU countries. In the case of shipments outside the EU we accept orders via email or telephone, as they will incur extra customs costs.
TRANSPORT COSTS AND ARRIVAL TIMES?
Shipping costs to mainland Portugal range from €5 up to €35 of purchases, after which it will be free. In case of a very bulky and heavy order, there may be an extra cost.
For the islands the value is 12€ and 30€ for material orders, in case of a very bulky and heavy order it may have an extra cost.
The values for foreign countries are fixed and independent of weight and volume, although for cases of great discrepancy in value, there may be an extra cost. All shipments are handled by GLS
