- High-end blade form with precision down to one hundredth of a millimetre thanks to CNC grinding technology and BLC (backlight & computer-aided) bending process combined with the adjustable, self-contained flat SMART SPIN screw system allow incomparably easy, perfect cutting action.
Sharpness:
- Convex blades with fully integrated cutting edges and a highly acute cutting edge angle for maximum sharpness. Perfectly suited to slice cutting thanks to hollow grinding and DC honing.
