- Extremely long-lasting sharpness due to the use of forged premium steel. In connection with the exclusive FRIODUR® ice tempering process at -180 °C, the steel has a very high hardness level, making it extremely durable and able to hold sharpness for an extremely long time.

- High-end blade form with precision down to one hundredth of a millimetre thanks to CNC grinding technology and BLC (backlight & computer-aided) bending process combined with the adjustable, self-contained flat SMART SPIN screw system allow incomparably easy, perfect cutting action.
