Kay Pro Bleach Blue Dust Free without yellowing.
This decolorizing powder is suitable for 5/6 tone discoloration, seams, balayages and dark pigmentation discoloration.
It acts smoothly on the hair without changing its essential functions. Do not dry or dehydrate the scalp.
Its anti-yellow formula removes unwanted effects from the yellow discolorations allowing for platinum blond results.
Method of use:
- Use with oxidant at 30V or 40V in 1: 2 ratio (Dechlorination: Oxidizing agent). Application time 15 to 45 minutes.
Packing with 1000grs.
